A stay-at-home mom learning, growing, and loving her adventure
My love with arts and crafts started as a little girl, but my love for quilting began when I took on the challenge to make my son a quilt for his first birthday - something I'd never done before but wanted something unique and special for him so whenever he was wrapped up in it he would think of me.
I spent hours on the computer picking the perfect fabrics. Once my ordered arrived, it was apparent I ordered far too much fabric, but the moment I had all that fabric laid out, I realized this was more than just a gift for the love of my life, it was the beginning of a passion that would grow for many years to come. It wasn't soon after that when quilting started invading my dreams and I was planning my next project - I wanted to share my new passion with people.
I studied every book I could get my hands on and learned and listened from every person I could get an audience with; once I started I couldn't stop. The whole creative process is invigorating to me because the possibilities are endless for each piece. My excitement to create runs deep, and the love to share my work with others is even deeper.
I put my full attention into every piece I make and I love making custom pieces that speak to you and will have a special place in your home.
